How it works

How we work with you

We understand the problem before we propose a solution. Here's what an engagement looks like.

A clipboard checklist with two items ticked, connected to a trace below
  1. Step 1 · Start here

    Discovery

A conversation first. We sit with the people who do the work, watch how it really moves, and note where it waits, repeats or gets lost.

  2. Step 2 · What we found

    Assessment

A plain-language map of the process as it runs today, with the few issues that cost the most time clearly marked. No jargon, no 80-slide deck.

  3. Step 3 · The plan

    Design

A short, prioritised plan. Some fixes are a clearer checklist or one fewer handoff. Some are automation or AI, where it earns its place.

  4. Step 4 · Delivery

    Build and adopt

We build the changes with your team, train the people who’ll use them, and check back to make sure the new way sticks.

Questions

Before you ask

Do you only do AI?

No. We fix the process first. Sometimes the right answer is AI or automation, and sometimes it’s a better checklist, a clearer owner, or one step removed. We’ll tell you which.

Will we have to buy new software?

Usually not. We start with the tools you already pay for and only recommend something new when it clearly earns its keep.

How big does our business need to be?

If a process involves more than a couple of people and it’s costing you time every week, it’s worth a look. We work with small teams and with departments inside larger ones.

What does an assessment involve for my team?

A few working sessions with the people who do the work, and access to see the process in action. We keep it light so the day job keeps moving.

How do we get started?

Send us a short note about the process that’s slowing you down. We’ll reply to set up a short introductory call, with no obligation.
